Dear Students,

I am pleased to announce that the Department of Geography and Environmental Science is hosting a T-Shirt Design Competition. This contest is a great opportunity to showcase your creativity, express pride in your major, and help shape the identity of our department.

Eligibility. Open to all Hunter College students

Categories

• Geography Major
• Environmental Studies Major

Recognition for Winners

• A vote will be held to determine the best designs in each category.
• Winning designs will be printed on official department t-shirts.
• Winners and their designs will be featured on the department website and social media platforms.
• The top winner in each category will receive a $100 gift card.

Design Guidelines

• Designs must include the name of the major and Hunter College in the visual, written, and/or color scheme.
• T-shirt color may be adjusted to fit your artwork.
• Designs should reflect the identity of the major or discipline.
• Single- or double-sided designs are allowed (the back must be distinct from the front).
• Original student artwork only.
• Designs must be submitted as a vector file (outlined PDF) or native file at 300 dpi or higher.

• Submissions accepted from September 8 through November 26 (deadline 5 PM)
• Students may submit more than one entry and may enter both categories
