A recent article published by Dialogue Earth highlights the projected impacts of extreme heat on urban health, drawing on previously published research by Professors Peter Marcotullio and Carsten Kessler (Hunter), and Balazs Fekete (CCNY). Read article.

New Faculty Book
Assistant Professor Alex A. Moulton has co-edited Political Ecologies of Futurity: Storytelling Plantation Afterlives, Climate Erasures, and Socioecological Justice. The book explores how histories of colonialism and environmental injustice shape present landscapes and future possibilities, combining case studies, creative work, and scholarship to highlight the role of storytelling in imagining just socioecological futures.
